Questions about an article, corrections, or something we got wrong? We would like to hear it.

Email: pogibkk@gmail.com

We read every message. A reply normally takes two to four days, and longer when we are travelling. If a week passes with no answer, the message probably went to spam — send it again rather than assuming we ignored it.

If you are writing about something factual, telling us the date and the place helps a lot. Storm details, transport rules and airline policies change quickly, and an article that was correct when it was written can go out of date within a season.

For anything urgent about a storm happening right now, please use your national meteorological agency rather than this address. We are not a forecast service and cannot answer quickly enough to be useful in that situation.
